Executive Assistants and Attendant/Operators can monitor
the status of Executives' phones, to determine whether they are
available, on the phone, or have voice mail turned on. The
Attendant Console provides LDAP integration and a personal speed
dial list. The windows can be customized to allow for a different
arrangement on the screen or set them up as tabbed windows. The
application may also be used by supervisors or agents to simply view
the status of other extensions. |
