Using Dragon Dialerâ€™s built in Outlook Toolbar, you can dial any contactâ€™s phone number with a single click - either from the Contacts list or from their Contact Record.

Dragon keeps track of all your inbound and outbound calls. You can see what time you placed or received calls and view the call duration. In addition, you can call back any number in the list by double clicking the call record.

Create your personal speed dial list and dial the numbers with a hotkey and click.

Dial any number on the Windows Clipboard with a hotkey.

Single click-to-dial phone numbers in your browser. Dragon Dialer automatically finds phone numbers in web pages and allows you to instantly dial them.

You can use the Dragon Dialer soft phone to answer, hang up, and place callers on hold â€“ all without touching your telephone.

The Dragon Dialer is designed to work with the Avaya IP Office phone system and the Avaya TAPI Driver. The workstation requirements are: Pentium 4, 2.8Ghz with 512Mb of RAM, 1Mb of free disk space and Windows XP SP3 or Windows Vista, Outlook 2003 or Outlook 2007 (Outlook optional).
